Business Protocol also offers a custom reception package with special services matched to the profile of the visitor or group of visitors in question. Reception services are not restricted to VIP visitors, but may be required in any number of special circumstances: age, nationality, poor command of Arabic language, first trip abroad, handicapped visitors, groups requiring coach transport, etc. The basic reception service covers limousine pick-up at the airport or station, with a stop at the exchange office to pick up the visitor's grant or allowance, then transfer to the visitor's accommodation. As required, the chauffeur may be accompanied by an interpreter or a personal assistant. VIP visitors may also be greeted as they step off the aircraft and accompanied to a formal reception in the airport VIP lounge.
